Talking about the relaxation of lockdown, the cabinet said that the deputy commissioners of the respective districts will take the call whether to resume the operation of the tea gardens and the factories from April 1st, 2020. “The guidelines of the health department must be followed if the tea gardens and the factories start their functions,” the cabinet stated.
