9 trains diverted after ‘15633 UP (Bikaner-Guwahati) Express’ derailment in West Bengal

Train operations resumed through the derailment site of Bikaner–Guwahati

Guwahati: At least nine trains diverted after Bikaner- Guwahati Express derailment at Domohani in West Bengal.

Following trains are being diverted:

  1. 12346 DN (Saraighat Express) diverted via NCB-MHBA-YLSC-RQJ instead of NCB-DQG-RQJ with 2 min stoppage at MHBA.
  2. 12505 DN (KYQ-ANVT SPL) diverted via NCB-MHBA-YLSC-RQJ instead of NCB-DQG-RQJ.
  3. 12520 DN (KYQ-LTT SC S/F Express) diverted via SMTA-APDJ-NMZ-SGUJ-NJP instead of NCB-DQG-RQJ.
  4. 15632 DN (GHY-BME Express) diverted via NCB-MHBA-YLSC-RQJ.
  5. 20502 UP (Tejas Rajdhani Express) diverted via NJP-SGUJ-NMZ-APDJ instead of NJP-RQJ-DQG-NCB.
  6. 13173 UP (Kanchenjungha Exp) diverted via NJP-SGUJ-NMZ-APDJ-SMTA instead of NJP-RQJ-DQG-NCB 02 min stoppage at NMZ, DLO, HSA and APDJ.
  7. 15910 UP (Avad Assam Exp) diverted via NJP- SGUJ-NMZ-APDJ-SMTA instead of NJP-RQJ-DQG-NCB NMZ, DLO, HSA and APDJ.
  8. 12507 UP (TVC-SCL Express) diverted via RQJ-YLSC-MHBA-NCB instead of RQJ-DQG-NCB with 2 min stoppage at MYGD.
  9. 22450 UP (NDLS-GHY Express) diverted via RQJ-YLSC-MHBA-NCB instead of RQJ-DQG-NCB.

Meanwhile, about 30 – 35 ambulances reached the spot around 5:30 pm. All injured passengers have been taken to Jalpaigudi District Hospital and New Moina Gudi district hospital.
