    Air India Stops Bookings For Domestic And International Flights Till April 30

    An airline spokesperson said booking window for all domestic and international routes have now been closed till April 30

    National carrier Air India has shut its booking window for all domestic and international routes until April 30th, 2020.

    The airline is awaiting a decision after April 14th, 2020, when the nationwide 21-day lockdown to contain the spread of coronavirus is scheduled to end.

    “We are awaiting a decision post April 14th, 2020,” the airline spokesperson told PTI.

    As directed by the Centre, the operations of the domestic and international commercial flights were suspended till April 14th, 2020 to curb spreading of coronavirus infections.

    Union Civil Aviation Secretary Pradeep Singh Kharola said that the airlines are free to book tickets for any date after April 14th, 2020. The 21-day nationwide lockdown began on March 25th, 2020.
