    AIUDF chief Badruddin Ajmal recovers from Covid-19

    Ajmal, who is also the Member of Parliament of the Dhubri parliamentary constituency, was undergoing Covid-19 treatment in a hospital located in Mumbai over the last 20 days.

    GUWAHATI: The All India United Democratic Front (AIUDF) on Wednesday said that the party’s chief Badruddin Ajmal had completely recovered from Covid-19.

    In an official statement, the AIUDF said, “The consulting doctors had affirmed Ajmal’s latest Covid-19 report on Tuesday and it was negative.”

    Ajmal, who is also the Member of Parliament of the Dhubri parliamentary constituency, was undergoing Covid-19 treatment in a hospital located in Mumbai over the last 20 days.

    According to the statement, Ajmal is presently on rest in his Mumbai residence and will be returning to the state soon.

    The AIUDF chief also thanked the people of Assam and well-wishers who prayed for his early recovery.
