Guwahati: A 108 Mrityunjoy Ambulance was gutted in fire at the Kahilipara area of Guwahati, Assam, on Tuesday afternoon.
The incident took place while the ambulance was transporting a patient. Reportedly, the fire is said to be caused by short circuit while the vehicle was on the move.
However, no casualties were reported including the patient. Fire tenders reached the spot and were able to douse the fire.
