Amit Shah likely to visit Tripura, will attend BJP-IPFT govt’s 4th anniversary
Guwahati: Union Home Minister Amit Shah is likely to visit the northeastern state of Tripura to attend the fourth anniversary celebration of the BJP-IPFT government.
This will be Shah’s second visit to the state since the BJP-IPFT coalition took power in March 2018. The minister will also attend a series of events during his visit.
Amit Shah will also lay the foundation stone of the National Forensic Sciences University (NFSU) campus in West Tripura District.
He is also slated to attend a rally to mark the completion of four years of the BJP-IPFT government. The event will be held a day earlier than the actual date, that is March 9.
The home minister will also launch two welfare schemes of the state government on the occasion.
