Anti-FICN Team of STF Arrests 2 Assam-based Counterfeit Currency Racketeers From West Bengal

Guwahati: Anti-Fake Indian Currency Note (FICN) team of Special Task Force (STF) arrested two Assam-based counterfeit currency racketeers in West Bengal on Monday.

The arrested accused have been identified as Abdul Rejjak Khan and Shahar Ali.

Based on specific information, the STF team conducted a search operation, resulting in the recovery of a huge amount of counterfeit Indian currency notes.

As per sources, a huge amount of high-quality counterfeit Indian currency notes of Rs 500 denomination each, amounting to Rs 10 lakh recovered and seized from the two counterfeit currency racketeers.
