Guwahati: Arunachal’s MLA son was found dead under mysterious circumstances in the Papum Pare district on Wednesday.
The deceased identified Techi Takar (34), the son of MLA Techi Kaso.
According to sources, Takar’s decapitated body was found from a railway track in Tigdo, Papum Pare district.
It is suspected that Takar committed suicide by jumping in front of a moving train, sources added.
The train driver who observed Techi Takar’s suicide attempt had witnessed the entire incident, said police sources.
Arunachal police have started an investigation into the incident.
