    Assam journalist Gautam Hazarika goes ‘missing’

    Gautam Hazarika, who worked in a local media, left his residence here in Guwahati on Saturday morning and did not return.

    Guwahati: Amid rising cases of violence against journalist in Assam, another journo has gone missing since Saturday.

    Gautam Hazarika, who worked in a local electronic media, left his residence here in Guwahati on Saturday morning and did not return.

    Meanwhile, Hazarika’s wife had lodged a missing person’s complaint at Dispur Police station in Guwahati.

    The journalist’s absence has triggered a massive manhunt in the city.
