GUWAHATI: Manja Police on Thursday seized 96,000 drug tablets worth Rs crore near Manja Police station at Manja near Karbi Anglong.
According to reports, the Manja police recovered the huge amount of drug tablet inside a loaded truck which was driving from Manipur to Guwahati.

The police caught the truck at Manja checking point and the driver was identified as Imran Khan (31), a resident of Kotoka village in Bishnupur, Manipur.
The accused was arrested and a case was also registered against him, revealed officer incharge of Manja Police station Jitumoni Deka in a press meet.
Along with Deka, Karbi Anglong DSP Nahid Karishma and other police officials were also present in the press meet.
