    Guwahati: Assam Jatiya Parishad (AJP) President Lurinjyoti Gogoi to contest the upcoming general assembly election from the Duliajan constituency.

    In a meeting at Hotel Parag Continental on Friday, the leadership of Assam Jatiya Parishad (AJP) declared the first 18 candidates list ahead of the Phase-I polls in poll bound Assam.

    It is also estimated that AJP President Lurinjyoti Gogoi might contest from another constituency.
