Guwahati: In a tragic road incident, a woman died in Teliagaon of Assam’s Samaguri in Nagaon district on Tuesday.
The deceased women have not been identified yet. However, it is known that the victim was traveling in a two-wheeler with her child and a man.
The incident occurred while the two-wheeler was on its way to Nagaon and an unidentified vehicle collided head on with the bike, and managed to flee the scene.
Samaguri police have launched a search operation for the vehicle.
