Guwahati: In yet another incident of crime against women, a young girl was allegedly gang-raped in a moving car in Assam’s Nagaon district recently.

Police said that according to the family of the victim, two men identified as Rokibul aka Gulzar Hussain and Tafazul Hussain have gang raped her in a moving car at Bhomoraguri village near Batadrava Tehsil.

The family claimed that the victim was also threatened with life if she disclosed it. However, following the revelation of the victim, the family lodged a complaint with the police.

Both the accused were reportedly on the run and a manhunt was on.
