Bangladesh Repatriates 2 Indians Hailing From Assam

Bangladesh repatriated two Indian nationals, who had illegally entered the country in 2018, to India through the Indo-Bangla border at Sutarkandi in Karimganj district on May 30th, 2019.

Both the persons, who were in jail in Bangladesh for entering the country illegally, hail from Assam’s Hojai district. Similarly, India also repatriated one Bangladeshi national on May 30th, 2019 who had entered the country illegally.

The Indians are Iqbal Hussain Dilwar and Selim Uddin and the Bangladeshi national is Babul Roy Ghatowar.
