    BREAKING: 166 Cattle Seized in Dhubri

    Dhubri police also thanked BSF personnel who helped in the operation

    Guwahati: In two successful operations, the Dhubri Police on Tuesday seized at least 166 cattle heads meant for smuggling to Bangladesh and held at least one person from Agomoni area.

    Police said they were on a lookout for other gang members.

    Dhubri police also thanked BSF personnel who helped in the operation.

    While in the first operation, police and BSF sleuths seized 150 cattle heads at Chawki Char and Mahamaya Char areas, in the second operation 16 cattle heads from Agomoni.
