    BREAKING: Leopard attack in Guwahati; at least two injured :

    GUWAHATI: At least two persons were seriously injured when a leopard attacked them in the city’s Gorchuk area on Wednesday evening.

    Preliminary investigation has found that the leopard, believed to be a sub-adult, was being seen in the area for the last couple of days. The incident was reported near the campus of a private school located in the Ahomgaon area in the city.

    Leopard attack in Guwahati : A video of the attack that went viral showed two persons, believed to be the school’s security guards, trying to chase away the leopard from the area with a stick and the leopard retaliated.

    While the leopard was seen fleeing the spot immediately, the injured people were rushed to a nearby hospital.
