Guwahati: Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma comes to the rescue of four months old boy who has currently diagnosed with chronic liver disease with decompensation at the Rainbows Children’s Hospital in Hyderabad.

Informing about the health condition of the baby, Tonkez Sahu, Social Media Convenor, BJP Chah Janagosthi Morcha; Assam Pradesh took to Twitter saying, “This angel is suffering from Chronic Liver Disease with Decompensation & diagnosed in Rainbows Children Hospital Hyderabad needs emergency liver transplant which costs 18 Lakhs. Please look back at the baby & help him get a new life.”

Dr Himanta Biswa Sarma replies to the tweet saying, “Pls ask the concerned family to contact Dr @abhijitsarma at GMCH.”

Earlier too Assam chief minister Himanta Biswa Sarma came forward with his helping hands for patients who were in need of help.

Meanwhile, Gauhati Medical College Hospital (GMCH) superintendent Abhijit Sarma was also prompt to take to social media after making all the arrangements.

“Please take the case to AIG hospital in Hyderabad. Govt has a tie-up for liver transplants. We have already forwarded you the referral certificate for doing the case in Credit under Snehasparsa scheme. Donor also included. Any issues get back to me urgently @TonkezSahu,” tweeted GMCH superintendent Abhijit Sarma.
