    CM Sonowal Appeals For Peace, Wishes Everyone On The Eve Of New Year

    Sarbananda Sonowal stressed to guide the new generation for a better society

    Assam Chief Minister Sarbananda Sonowal on December 31st, 2019, while wishing everyone on the occasion of New Year, appealed the people of the state for peace.

    “We need to create an atmosphere of peace and harmony and for that, the people will definitely act with dedication along with the government,” Sonowal said.

    He further appealed the people of the state to follow the path of the Mahapurush Sankardeva and Madhabdeva to form the state a peaceful.

    Besides, stressing the need to guide the new generation in the right path, Sonowal said, “For a better society, every individual has to take their own responsibility. We have to guide the new generation for better Assam. I hope we all will act to achieve that.”
