    COVID Scare: RT-PCR negative report must to appear in APSC exam

    GUWAHATI:  An RT-PCR negative report has been made mandatory for all candidates appearing in examinations and interviews conducted by Assam Public Service Commission (APSC).

    In an official notification issued on Friday, APSC authority said that the candidates appearing for recruitment exams must carry a negative RT-PCR test report for a test taken within 3 days prior to the interview or screening test.

    Besides, all candidates must wear face mask or face shield and hand gloves. All candidates were asked to maintain social distance (6 ft. distance).

    “Candidates/visitors who fail to comply the above mentioned instructions shall not be allowed entry to the examinations or interviews,” the notification said.

    However, the exam dates were yet to be released.
