Former India T20I captain Virat Kohli has dropped out of the top 10 in the batting charts of ICC T20I rankings for the first time in more than 18 months. India captain Rohit Sharma moved two spots to 13th in the ICC T20I men’s batting rankings. KL Rahul, who had a fine run in the 3-match T20I series, moved a spot to 5th and is the only Indian who is in the top 10 list in ICC T20I Rankings.

What is saddening is that there is no Indian bowler or all-rounder is among the top 10, as per the latest rankings. Rohit Sharma was in good form in his maiden series as full-time T20I captain as he walked away with the Player of the Match Award after scoring 159 runs in 3 matches at a strike rate of over 150.

Meanwhile, New Zealand opener Martin Guptill returned to the top 10 in batting charts after registering scores of 70, 31 and 51 in the recently concluded three-match T20I series ag Pakistan’s T20I captain Babar Azam continues to lead the T20I batting charts despite a poor outing in the 3-match series against Bangladesh. Mohammad Rizwan gained one spot, moving up to No.4 after accounting for 39 and 40 in the final two T20Is while young batter Haider Ali, who made a note-worthy 38-ball 45 in the final T20I, gained 53 spots to 184.ainst India. He has gained three spots as he is now placed 10th.
