    GMTA declares ‘Self-proclaimed Lockdown’ in Guwahati from May 11

    GMTA will keep updating about the COVID-19 situation from time to time, including events and information related to the disease: Sanjay Gupta, secretary GMTA

    Guwahati: Amid the rising cases of Covid 19 in the state and fear of further transmission of the virus, the Guwahati Motor-Parts Traders Association on Sunday urged all its members to fully comply with the COVID-19 protocol and guidelines issued by the Government and administration.

    Keeping in mind the safety of all the members, its employees and customers, The GMTA also requested to follow ‘Self-proclaimed Lockdown’ from May 11 to May 16.

    “This step of yours will prove very helpful to the administration and society in fighting COVID-19 and breaking the chain of infection,” said Sanjay Gupta, secretary GMTA in a notification.

    GMTA also mentioned that the body will keep updating about the COVID-19 from time to time, including events and information related to the disease.
