I am his worst nightmare, Himanta is scared of me: Badruddin Ajmal
Guwahati: Electoral winds are now blowing across the Assam including west Assam’s Bilasipara East constituency. One after the other political parties is running massive election campaigns.
MP Badruddin Ajmal claimed that NEDA convener Himanta Biswa Sarma is scared of him. “Whether he is in a dream or not, I am his worst nightmare, he directly blames me for all issues, but in reality, BJP has failed to live up to the people’s expectations in the last 5 years,” said Ajmal.
Ajmal added, “The state government had failed in fulfilling all the basic requirements in the last 5 years of their tenure. They failed in solving the issues like price rise, state floods, employment, NRC, D-voter etc.”
On Tuesday, Ajmal visited the Bilasipara East constituency to campaign for Shamsul Huda, the candidate of the grand alliance of the Bilasipara East constituency and the nominee of the AIUDF party.
After a huge election rally in Bilasipara, Ajmal attended a meeting at Haji Market in Chapar.
Also, targeting CM Sonowal, Ajmal said that if CM Sonowal has the courage then implement clause 6 of the historical Assam Accord.
Ajmal said, “The grand alliance will bid farewell to BJP from Assam. Both the Asom Jatiya Parishad (AJP) and Raijor Dal are part of the saffron brigade. The grand alliance will form the government with 74+ seats.”
Ajmal confidently claimed that he is confident that 19 out of 20 seats will be conquered by AIUDF candidates in the general assembly elections in state.
