Guwahati: The coronavirus pandemic may have taken away pomp and glamour from this year’s Durga Puja but it also has added a unique human aspect to it.

Instead of celebrities several big ticket Durga Pujas organisers has decided that to pay tribute to the COVID-19 warriors.

Puja committees have shown the coronavirus as demon Mahisasura to be destroyed by the Goddess 

Taking up the migrant issue during the Covid-induced lockdown phase, a club in West Bengal has installed the idol of a woman pausing for a while on the road trail with a baby in her lap and two children.
