Guwahati: Assam Police’s Ride of Pride motorcycle rally turned sour for Anand Mishra as the IPS officer met with an accident and suffered minor injuries on Saturday.

It is learned that police officer Anand Mishra fell off the motorcycle, after hitting a cow that came suddenly on his way to the Baghjona area near Jakhalabandha.

Mishra was reportedly travelling towards Kaliabor from Kaziranga along with a team of Assam police when the incident took place.

Meanwhile, IPS Anand Mishra was immediately shifted to Jakhalabandha Hospital for better medication, informed sources.
