Assam (phase three) recorded the highest estimated turnout out of three states and one UT. As per data shared on the Election Commission’s Voter Turnout app, the polling percentage was estimated to be around 82.33 percent.

In an incident, security personnel reportedly blank fired after a scuffle broke out between two parties amidst the final phase of voting at No. 2008 Dighaltari polling centre in Golakganj under Dhubri district.
Two women and one person were injured during the incident. Moreover, two security forces personnel were also injured and were sent to a nearby hospital for treatment.
