Guwahati: In a shocking incident, a man was stabbed to death by an assailant on Friday in Assam’s Golaghat district.
The incident occurred at Athkheliya Charingia village in Golaghat.
The deceased has been identified as Dwipen Das, was stabbed with sharp weapons.
During the incident his wife and child were sustained injuries.
According to sources, the accused identified as Najidul Hussain. He allegedly attacked the victim with sharp weapons, murdering him on the spot.
The assailant Hussain allegedly attacked all three family members, said sources.
