Guwahati: In a tragic incident, a massive fire broke out in Lakhtokia area of Guwahati on Wednesday.
The incident occurred near Fakaruddin Ali Ahmed Bhawan. Reportedly, the reason behind the massive fire is suspected to be gas cylinder burst.
The fire broke out at a shoe and bag go-down factory and reportedly properties worth around Rs 15 lakhs were damaged in the fire.
Fire tenders rushed to the spot and doused the inferno and took control of the situation.
