    Meet Deepson Das: At 112, believed to be Assam’s oldest man to get vaccinated against COVID

    Deepson Das received his first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine on May 11 at the Merapani Hospital

    Guwahati: Meet 112 years old Deepson Das of Merapani Bhakta village in Golaghat district, who has become the centre of attention of the region after getting vaccinated against the COVID-19 recently.

    As per reports, Deepson Das’s family members took him to Merapani Hospital for vaccination, he received his first dose of COVID-19 vaccine on May 11.

    Das supposedly claimed to be the oldest man in the entire state to receive the Covid-19 vaccine at the age of 112.

    Family members of Deepson Das have also informed that he is currently in good health condition. Moreover, he didn’t experience any possible side effects after receiving his first jab of the COVID-19 vaccine.

    The 112-year-old Das has urged all the people of Assam to follow the COVID-19 protocols and get themselves vaccinated as soon as possible.
