    Nagaon Cop Hospitalized After Being Hit By A Car

    The police are on a lookout for the vehicle and the persons involved in the incident

    A policeman of the Batadrava Police Station in Nagaon was hit by an unidentified car on Friday.

    The official was identified by Debasish Nath, who was hit while he was on duty checking for unauthorized vehicles.

    The vehicle after hitting the police personnel escaped from the spot without even stopping to look at what condition the police personnel was in.

    Nath is critically injured and is being treated at the BP Civil Hospital.

    It has been suspected that the car that hit him was travelling illegally.
