    NDRF Distributes Food To Poor Families In Kamrup

    The people who were provided with food were mostly contractual labourers from different parts of Assam

    National Disaster Response Force, Guwahati on Thursday distributed food to more than 500 people in Katamura, Changsari in Kamrup. 

    The people who were provided with food were mostly contractual labourers from different parts of Assam. NDRF rescuers distributed food to these people in collaboration of G Jain Rituraj Hotel, Guwahati. 

    They also sanitized several areas in the Kamrup Metro and Kamrup including the Staff Selection Commission (SSC) Office Guwahati, United India Insurance company limited Bijoynagar, State Bank of India Branch Bijoynagar, Azara police station and Krishna Kanta Handiqui State University, Guwahati. The teams sprayed out disinfectant consisting of Sodium Hypochlorite in public places.
