The petitioner alleged that the Assam Police, government doctors, bank officials, insurance corporates, big insurance are involved in the multi-crore scam. Deka further alleged that the investigation is being carried out in a biased manner and demanded CBI enquiry into the matter. Advocate Amit Goyal appeared for the petitioner.
