Guwahati: The district administration has launched massive operations against illegal and unauthorised brick kilns in Assam’s Kamrup district.
The demolished of several unauthorised brick kilns took place on Monday in the Nagarbera area.
The official stated that without permission from the government, some people were illegally running brick kilns in the area.
In various locations of the district, the administration had carried out operations against illicit and unauthorised brick kilns, officials said.
The official further added that earlier, we had previously warned them not to operate the brick kilns without proper authorization from the government, but they disregarded our advice.
