Speaking to TIME8, Padam Thapa, father of Shiva Thapa, said, “This was training-cum-competition for the upcoming World Championship event at Hamburg in Germany from August 25, 2017. This was an exposure for the upcoming event. We can also label it as a grooming session for the event. Shiva also went for training in France for about two weeks before proceeding for the Czech Republic.”
