The state government has temporarily suspended mobile internet services in the capital and Papum Pare (Rural) district to prevent occurrence of any serious law and order problem.

The memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed by Assam CM Himanta Biswa Sarma and his Arunachal counterpart Prema Khandu.
The proposals made by 12 regional committees of both states to address the long-pending issue were approved by the Assam cabinet on Wednesday, an official said.
On the first day of his visit, the union minister will launch the ‘Vibrant Villages Programme’ in Kibithoo, a border village in the Anjaw district of Arunachal Pradesh on April 10.
Arunachal Pradesh and Assam share an 804.1-km-long border.
The Indian Army and local authorities have launched a search and rescue operation.
The militants are likely to deposit arms and ammunition during the arms laying ceremony, said sources.
This is the President’s first visit to Arunachal Pradesh after assuming office.
The decision was taken at a cabinet meeting chaired by Chief Minister Pema Khandu on Saturday.
