Assam on Sunday reported 86 fresh COVID-19 cases and 20 recoveries. No casualties were reported in the last 24 hours. The total active cases have reached 1607 and the daily positivity rate is at 10.24%
So far 60 persons have been discharged post-recovery, leaving Assam with an active caseload of 1370, an NHM report stated

The notification further stated that the situation of COVID-19 in the state has been reviewed and the overall scenario in the state has considerably improved
The positivity rate currently stands at 0.52% whereas, the recovery rate is 98.02%
A complaint was lodged at the Dispur police station on Sunday at around 3.30 pm
As per the sources, the state disaster management authority (SDMA) might relax the curfew timings till 6 pm from June 24, 2021, onwards
