Woman held for duping job aspirant in Assam’s Tinsukia

The incident took place in the Muliabari, Digboi at the AISF camp.
Several cylinders exploded due to the impact of the fire at the area, sources said. However, there was no report of human casualties.
The official further added that specialised equipment, human intelligence, and tracker dogs were also pressed into action.
As per officials, the incident took place between Pengeri-Digboi Road in Barpathar around 9.20 am, when the Army team was patrolling the area.
The carcasses of two elephants were recovered from Digboi in the Tinsukia district and Dibrugarh district.
The arrested linkmen were identified as Harkant Moran, Koliya Dahotiya, and Biplab Phukan.
The police team carried out raids at Borbil, CMH area, Muliabari and Lachit Nagar areas and detained the youths from their respective residences
The raid was conducted at around 2 am on Wednesday night after police received a tip-off
