Assam: Flood recedes in many districts, but over 2 lakh still remain affected

With no casualties reported in the past 24 hours, the number of deaths due to floods and landslides remained unchanged at 193

One more child died due to the flood in the past 24 hours

551 relief camps and 355 relief distribution centres are still functioning in affected areas with 3,05,565 inmates

According to ASDMA, over 24 lakh people have got affected in 28 districts of Assam in the last 24 hours
