Assam: Two dead bodies found under mysterious circumstances in Guwahati

Soon after the incident, police reached the spot and sent the victims to Gauhati Medical College and Hospital for treatment.

“After conducting a medical examination, it was found that the girl suffered brutal physical abuse as well as sexual assault. The younger boy was also assaulted,” Guwahati Police Commissioner Diganta Barah said.
The carcass was found at around 4:30 pm in Bormer beel and its horn was missing, the first such incident in the state after zero-poaching last year.
