The arrested persons were identified as Dhanbar Das, Jogen Das, Biju Kumar Das, Jayanta Dutta, Binod Baruah and Babul Neog
Assam power minister Bimal Bora along with SDRF personnel arrived in the spot and rescued the victim.
The deceased were identified as Ujala Das (50) and 10-year-old Hasi Das, daughter of Bishnupada Das, resident of Santipur village.
The SDRF teams are making efforts to trace and rescue the two missing persons including another 10 year old boy
