Tripura CM claims Internet and Satellite Communication existed since Mahabharata

Guwahati, April 18: Tripura’s Chief Minister Biplab Kumar Deb on Tuesday claimed that internet and satellite communication existed since the period of Mahabharata and they were invented ‘lakhs of years’ ago by Indians and not by people from the western countries.

He added that many people may decline the fact but it was only the internet technology that allowed Sanjay (the charioteer of king Dhritarashtra) look into the war in Kurukshetra and described it to Dhritarashtra. He added that this is a proof that internet and satellite technologies were in this country much before the western countries.

He added that the Europeans or the Americans can claim that internet or satellite technology were their inventions but the truth is that these were invented by Indians lakhs of years ago.

Deb added, “Sanjay using the technology described the battle in detail to the blind king Dhritarashtra.”

The Chief Minister stated that he is very proud to be born in India which has such advanced technology way before any other country. It is one of the major reasons that the countries who claim themselves to be technologically advance hire Indians to upgrade their software mechanism.
