Guwahati: Assam is currently reeling under devastating floods affecting several lakhs of people, and claiming 121 lives so far this year.

Meanwhile, some youths of Dharmanagar in Tripura had organised a street performance to collect funds to help the victims of the Assam flood.

Earlier, many eminent personalities like Dalai Lama, industrialist Mukesh Ambani and his son, Bollywood actor Arjun Kapoor and Director Rohit Shetty among others also donated flood relief to provide succour to people reeling under the devastating floods in Assam.

Notably, the flood situation in Assam continued to remain critical on Sunday with more than 25 lakh people still reeling under the deluge.
